sorry to be all posty, but I just wanted to write that today when Reagan and I were in the mall, she gave me a hug and said "I'm so happy I have a step mom". Made my heart melt.

I know it's not an ideal or always easy situation, to be a blended family, but I do love that child, and I'm so glad she loves me.

Maybe that's why I don't as often, because not everyone does it, most write every few days, if ever, and comments are a thing of the past!

Definitely. Although, even a year ago, I knew she loved me and she told me that she was lucky to have so many parents. We just have less rough times now, and more normal times ;)
