[livejournal.com profile] dotcombabe, [livejournal.com profile] gilberts_love and I started our running program today. Some of you might have done this before, it's 30 seconds of running then 4.5 minutes of walking, reapeat 7 times. Next time we repeat it 8 times and then each week we increase the running time. It felt really good! We did about 48 minutes not including our stretching, then after I dropped Naomi off at home I had the insane urge to go to the gym, funny enough, Rebecca was there too, so I worked out again.

I only worked a half day today and it felt really nice! I had my first group session with the disordered eating group. I was so scared, not knowing who or what to expect, but it was a nice group of women, all shapes and sizes. I think the main thing I walked away with was the importance of carbohydrates.

I'm visiting Roxie, the puppy, right now, then home for dinner! I made 6 servings of red curry chicken and I plan on eating it all week! ;) (I put it all into individual containers right away in the fridge. It'll make sure I have dinner when I get home from work. nice.)
