dotcombabe I have very disturbing news for us. Now that we are on week 4 of the running program we are supposed to be alternating how many times we do the repetitions (2 minutes running 3 minutes walking). We are supposed to be doing it 11 times the first day, 9 the second and 10 the third. Not sure what that means for us since we are doing it 4 days a week. Also.. we are supposed to be up to an hour... not 40 minutes. HEHEHEHEH! $@##$%#$ LKAJDFLKAJDSF running is FUN.
Actually, since we are supposed to be on week 5 (run 2.5 minutes walk 2.5) we are supposed to do it 12 times the first day, 10 times the next two days! Aren't you excited? kljadlkjflkasjdf
