I felt quite cranky about going to work today, for only a half shift, but it turned out to be a fairly nice afternoon (till the detestable cramps arrived).

I wasn't sure I would feel up to swimming, but thankfully Katrina returned my phone call and off we went. Well, she sat on the shore watching me swim and playing with her puppy. I'm so glad I've found somewhere in the valley I can swim naked. This is three for three nights of swimming.

Took Zoe for a walk when I got home. The glacier fed lake cooled me enough that I wore a sweater on my walk. Must have looked odd to the people watering their lawns in shorts and t-shirts.

Time for bed I think. It's only 9:40 but I'm knackered.

oh, I went to the lake trail side of comox lake, then drove for a ways.

It's fairly private, but cars still go buy and there are sometimes other people there. I just don't care. :P

it's the best. First time I ever did it was at night and that was a little scary. Now I'm a daytime nude swimmer.
