cried on the way home because of how I felt after an afternoon with an awful co-worker
was pretty tired and head-achy by the end of work, due to afternoon with said co-worker

good:
excellent session with my therapy lady this morning
beautiful cashmere sweater and gorgeous bracelet from Italy, from the people I house sat for
bitched with Katrina about our crappy days

now:
dinner and reality television

I talked, carefully, to another co-worker about what happened yesterday and she let me know that there have been some ongoing situations. I tried to be very clear with what was acceptable to me, and what wasn't, today.
