I am absolutely so proud of myself today. During one of our 3/2 running/walking repetitions, I decided to keep running, which meant I ran for 8 minutes straight and I still didn't really want to stop, even though I was starting to feel a bit fatigued! We did 30 minutes of running (+2 for the 8 minutes), 20 of walking, then walked an additional 2 km for a grand total of 7 km (as usual)

I'm eating wheat berries again. They are whole grains of wheat cooked like rice (same water/grain proportion). High in fibre and all those good things. I mixed it with some egg, spinach, low fat turkey sausage and a little feta. Delicious in some ways. heh.
