5 years. I'm happy I'm here. I'm happy that my journal brought really great people into my life. Tons of you I've met, some I haven't, and some I plan to meet! I even had dirty dirty times with one of you. Pervert.

Oh funny! I wonder when I made mine.. I used to post so many times a day, when I first started.

Calculating 5 years of posts.. looks like my average is 2 a day. The longest I've gone without posting was about a month, I think, when I was on Texada Island last year for a couple months.

LJ does rock. Love it here.. when I manage to stay out of drama.

I know what you mean...sometimes I get my virtual stick out and poke the drama llamas for the fun of the hysterical reactions.

Bad bad Lee. :)

But generally - if you want to keep out of the crap, you can, and it's just great fun to interact with loads of people all over the world.

The interaction is great. Mostly, I just love writing a little piece of my life every day. The interaction makes it more fun, but I'm still here, comments or not. There are a few people that I'd miss way too much if I left here!!

It amazes me how many people I've met from here!

One girl on my list was visiting my city and recognized me in a coffee shop. One time I recognized someone from my friend list at the grocery store.

I was seeing a concert in Vancouver and someone who wasn't even on lj recognized me and asked if I was 'mellybrelly'. She had been reading my blog. Weird!!

Wow! I've never had anything quite like that happen, but I've met quite a few LJ-ers in real life.

The first two weren't so shocking, because my city only has about 70,000 people, but it was a surprise, especially since the first girl doesn't even live here! The last one, well she knew one of my friends and I think that's how she started reading me. It blew me away though.
